QUALITY ~ All our ingredients are fresh, local and organic whenever possible. We create the menu based on your requests and the seasonal availability of our local farmers markets and artisanal food purveyors. Thus ensuring our meals are full of both, flavor and nutrition.
SUSTAINABILITY ~ Our earth provides all the wonderful food that nourishes us and we want to take care of it. Since we source locally whenever possible, we minimize our impact by reducing unnecessary packaging and shipping.
